Choctaw sits far enough east that some contractors quietly add a travel premium or decline the job entirely. We do neither. Choctaw is inside our standard service area, and the scope, pricing, and crew you get out here are the same ones you would get five minutes from our shop.

The property mix here runs from established in-town neighborhoods to larger acreage builds, and the work follows suit. In-town we do a lot of flooring replacement and bathroom updates. On the acreage properties we see more whole-home projects, larger great rooms in hardwood or large-format tile, and mudrooms and utility spaces that need something genuinely waterproof.

Because trips out here are less casual than a job across town, we plan Choctaw projects to run continuously rather than in stops and starts. Materials are staged before the crew arrives, and the schedule is built so the job runs to completion instead of stalling while someone drives back for a box of tile.
