That variety is why we never quote a Moore project from a phone call alone — the right specification for a slab home with builder-grade carpet is not the right specification for an older home with a plywood subfloor and settled framing.

In newer construction, the most common project is replacing original builder-grade carpet and vinyl with luxury vinyl plank or tile. Builder-grade floors are chosen on price, not longevity, and most homeowners are ready to change them within the first several years. The upside is that the subfloor is usually in good shape, so the install goes quickly.

In older Moore neighborhoods we do more bathroom and kitchen work — tub-to-shower conversions, retiled bathrooms, and backsplashes. These homes often need substrate correction before tile, particularly where the original bathroom used drywall behind the tub surround instead of backer board.
